The best artistic site to visit in Douala





 If you are a Cameroonian and you can read this then there is a high possibility that you are anglophone and if you are anglophone, there is a high possibility that you are stressed, angry, anxious and probably depressed about the ongoing crisis. I realize that this also means that you are fed up with Cameroon and you would not want to lose any opportunity to leave the country, bad news is that not everyone can afford to leave the country but everyone deserves inner peace and there’s no way to get those since you have probably moved from your quiet town to Douala with her crazy inhabitants, insensitive loud bikers, angry traders, well just to name a few.
If you are going through all of that then I guess you always need some peace and quiet. Guess what I found the other day.. aver cool artistic site with a lot of peace and quiet to offer




 I love me some peace and quiet and I am a sucker for art so I’m always on the lookout for sites and like this so I decided to share this one with you guys






 This place is called “somewhere” in Bonassama Bonaberi Douala just by the water, right below the bridge where you can stare directly into the River and give her all your worries, send your stress away with the waves and leave the place as light as a feather.
Entry is totally free but they offer refreshments like fruit juices and flavored tea which costs a thousand frs. My personal favorite is their baobab juice, I couldn’t stop wanting more. This site is also perfect for photo shoots and video shoots with the fee for all shoots ranging as from 15,000frs depending on the concept of the shoot.

Cameroon model: Ingrid Bassama wins award for fast rising model

 The African Models Exhibition is finally over and the people have spoken. Voting had been going on quite sometime and Kamer was represented by 6 models in almost all the categories.  Kamer's own Ingrid Bassama who got nominated for Africa's fast rising model has made us proud by bringing home that trophy. This will make you cry!! Nigerian parents burn and burry their termed "witch and wizard" kids alive

See how akwa-ibom parents treat their kids because their local bishop termed them witches and wizards. Some of the parents burnt their kids up and tried burying them alive. A little girl lost her sanity because a 3 inch or so nail was driven into her head.
