Is it fair for the "Black Woman's Hair" to be considered unprofessional?

Recent acts in the employment process have made many to understand that the full curly natural black woman's hair is unprofessional.

The natural black woman's hair is very beautiful but difficult to maintain, which is the reason why you don't see every black woman in full hair. But if a woman decides to go natural, why should anyone make her uncomfortable?

No criteria for employment should make a black woman feel inferior in her hair God given hair. The excuse given is that the hair is a "distraction". Seriously?? Everything beautiful is a distraction, but we can't stop it from being beautiful.

If we all suck it up and get used to the fact that the "black" hair is full and beautiful then there'll be nothing to worry about.
